പരിയാരം മെഡിക്കല്‍ കോളേജിനെതിരെ അന്വേഷണം

തിരുവനന്തപുരം: പരിയാരം സഹകരണ മെഡിക്കല്‍ കോളേജിനെതിരെ സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ അന്വേഷണം പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു. അഞ്ചുവര്‍ഷത്തിനിടെയുള്ള പ്രവേശങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചും സാമ്പത്തിക ഇടപാടുകളെക്കുറിച്ചുമാണ് അന്വേഷണം നടത്തുന്നത്.

സഹകരണവകുപ്പിലെ അഡീഷണല്‍ രജിസ്ട്രാര്‍ അരോഗ്യവകുപ്പിലെ ഡയറക്ടര്‍ ഓഫ് മെഡിക്കല്‍ എജ്യൂക്കേഷന്‍ ധനവകുപ്പിലെ സെക്രട്ടറി എന്നിവരടങ്ങിയതാണ് അന്വേഷണ സംഘം.

മൂന്നുമാസത്തിനകം റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് നല്‍കാനും സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ നിര്‍ദേശിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.

PS: Inquiry is warranted. The Government should decide to start Medical Colleges in public sector. A democratically elected Government should not remain as mute spectator before greedy self financing medical colleges both in private and the cooperative sectors. A cooperative medical college is just money making institution like the private one.
