സ്വാശ്രയ പരീക്ഷ ഹൈക്കോടതി റദ്ദാക്കി

കൊച്ചി: സ്വാശ്രയ മെഡിക്കല്‍ മാനേജ്മെന്റുകള്‍ നടത്തിയ പ്രവേശനപരീക്ഷ ഹൈക്കോടതി റദ്ദാക്കി. മാനേജ്മെന്റുകളില്‍ നിന്നും സീറ്റ്‌ ഏറ്റെടുക്കാത്ത സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ നിലപാട്‌ നാണക്കേടാണെന്ന്‌ കോടതി നിരീക്ഷിച്ചു. സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ലിസ്റ്റില്‍ നിന്ന്‌ പ്രവേശനം നടത്തണമെന്ന്‌ ഹൈക്കോടതി ഉത്തരവിട്ടു.

സര്‍ക്കാരുമായി ധാരണയിലെത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന പത്തു കോളേജുകളിലെ പ്രവേശനത്തെയാണ്‌ വിധി ബാധിക്കുക. ജൂലായ്‌ 14 ന്‌ നടത്തിയ പരീക്ഷയാണ്‌ ഹൈക്കോടതി റദ്ദാക്കിയത്‌. മാനേജ്‌മെന്റ്‌ കണ്‍സോര്‍ഷ്യം അഞ്ചേകാല്‍ ലക്ഷം കോടതിച്ചെലവായി നല്‍കണമെന്നും കോടതി വിധിച്ചു.
