ഒരു പെന്‍ഷന്‍ കാരന്റെ ദുഖം- തുടരും

2006 മാര്‍ച്ച് 31-നു, ചേര്‍ത്തല സെയിന്‍റ് മൈക്കള്‍സ് കോളേജില്‍ നിന്നു അസ്സോ. പ്രൊഫസ്സറായി ജോലിയില്‍ നിന്നു പിരിഞ്ഞ എനിക്കു അനുവദനീയമായ യു.ജി സി പെന്‍ഷന്‍ റിവിഷന്‍ ഇതുവരെ അനുവദിച്ചു തരുകയുണ്ടായില്ല. എനിക്കു ശേഷം പിരിഞ്ഞവര്‍ക്കു അത് കിട്ടുകയും ചെയ്തു.

റിവിഷന്‍ പെന്‍ഷന്‍  പാസാക്കി തരേണ്ടത് തിരുവനന്തപുരത്ത് വികാസ് ഭവനില്‍ ഉള്ള കൊളീജിയറ്റ് വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ ഡൈറക്ടര്‍ ഓഫീസില്‍ നിന്നാണ്. അവിടെ അന്വേഷിച്ചപ്പോള്‍ കോളേജില്‍ നിന്നു പേപേര്‍സ് അയക്കാത്തത് കൊണ്ടാണു അനുവദിക്കാത്തതെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. കോളേജില്‍ തിരക്കിയപ്പോള്‍ എറണാകുളത്തു മഹാരാജാസ് കോളേജിന് സമീപം പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്ന കൊളീജിയറ്റ് വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ ഡെപ്യൂട്ടി ഡൈറക്ടര്‍ ഓഫീസിലെ താമസമെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. എന്നാല്‍ ഡെപ്യൂട്ടി ഡൈറക്ടര്‍ ഓഫീസില്‍ തിരക്കിയപ്പോള്‍പറഞ്ഞത് കോളേജില്‍ നിന്നു പെന്‍ഷന്‍ റിവിഷനുള്ള പേപ്പറുകള്‍ കിട്ടാതെ ഒന്നും ചെയ്യാനാവില്ല എന്നാണ്. കോളേജില്‍ നിന്നു ഇതുവരെ കടലാസ്സുകള്‍ നീക്കാത്തത് എന്തു കൊണ്ടാണെന്ന് അറിയില്ല. മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയുടെ ജനസംപര്‍ക്ക പരിപാടിക്ക് വേണ്ടി ഈ കേസ് മാറ്റി വെച്ചിരിക്കുയാണെന്നാണ് ഈ മൂന്നു ഒഫ്ഫീസുകളിലൊന്നിലെ പേര് വെളിപ്പെടുത്താനാഗ്രഹിക്കാത്ത ഒരു ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന്‍ പറഞ്ഞത്.

പെന്‍ഷന്‍ അനുവദിച്ചു കിട്ടാന്‍ ഓഫീസുകള്‍തോറും ഷട്ടില്‍ അടിച്ചു കാല്‍മുട്ട് ഒരു പരുവമായി. മുട്ടുവേദന അകറ്റാനുള്ള  പിണ്ണ തൈലം വാങ്ങാനെ നിലവിലെ പെന്‍ഷന്‍ തികയു. ആരെങ്കിലും ഒന്നു സഹായിക്കുമോ, പെന്‍ഷന്‍ റിവിഷന്‍ അനുവദിച്ചു കിട്ടാന്‍?

Let me kindly know whether my pension has been revised or not. If not please inform
me the action to be taken on my part to get the pension revised as per order number

The  proposal for revising your pensionary benefits has not been received in this office so far. You

 may contact the Principal of your college for details as to whether the proposal has been sent to

 the Deputy DCE, Ernakulam for transmission to the office of  the DCE,TVM -------------

Thank you for the reply. If the Principal is not interested to do his duty what would be the next step? 

 I have submitted the proposal a month ago as per the instruction over phone from your office.

 The copy of the same has been forwarded to your office.
